Prior to the firing meeting:

    Get your IT specialist to have someone revoke access to company systems while the meeting is happening.check mark
    Choose the right time and location. It is much easier to leave a shared space or employee's office. Notify the HR department you are firing the employeecheck mark

    Explain their computer access has been revoked and you will help get personal information back Retrieve all company property immediately. Phones and laptops can hold important company info Ensure all access cards and keys are returnedcheck mark
