Are fire extinguishers provided and present?
Is fueling prohibited while the vehicle engine is running?
Was delivery completed without spill or incident?
Confirm hose connection is secured?
Is the correct personal protection equipment in use?
Is smoking prohibited near fueling operations with signs present?
Is there any evidence of a release from the tank?
